I consider myself a savvy buyer/seller and watched the local market for 4-5 years before listing our home. From that activity I have talked with many agents and have always been somewhat suspicious of agents, but things just clicked with Karen when I met her at an open house. She was not a hard sell to get our business and took the time to get to know me and my family to really understand our needs and goals.
When it came time to list, it was natural to go with Karen. She is very knowledgeable of our local market, she brought in a professional stager and prepared a punch list of activities to complete and big ticket items to have reviewed prior to any offer so we would not be surprised with anything during an inspection. This put us in a much better negotiating position when an offer was in hand.
She also helped us find a home once ours sold (approx 21 days), again applying her knowledge of what to pay attention to and her ability to negotiate in our favor. She kept us on track with knowing what was on both the must have's and our wish list, keeping it all real and manageable. Karen is also very responsive and has great follow-through.

Karen was an absolute joy and made buying our first house in 35 years almost painless. She was a wealth of information about the local area - especially about a gluten free bakery. Most important, she really listened to what our requirements were. All of the properties she showed us were great.
